They take the podium too: the strength behind our gravel ambassadors

Some results are measured in minutes and seconds. Others are measured in years of effort, pre-dawn training sessions and the daily decision not to quit. That second kind is exactly what Sara Roel and Gabriela Guerra represent, two of our most prominent ambassadors, who recently took the podium at the UCI Gravel World Series - Panaracer Gravelking held in Arteaga, Mexico, one of the most important stops on the world gravel circuit.

Sara Roel, our world-class ambassador, finished second in her category after racing kilometer for kilometer against some of the best riders on the international circuit. Gabriela Guerra, competing at national level, was right there with her: she came in fourth, fighting for every section with the same commitment that has made her one of the most consistent racers in our community. Two different stories, one shared message: when a woman decides to train seriously, race seriously and believe seriously, the results follow.

Also representing the store, Gilberto Reza finished 37th out of 70 riders in the same race, a result that makes clear something cycling teaches you quickly: it isn't all about winning, it's about racing with everything you've got that day, and about stacking up kilometers and experience one race at a time.

What makes this special isn't only the result itself, it's everything behind it: training that starts at home long before sunrise, preparation rides, technical adjustments, and the discipline to hold on to a goal for months. Seeing Sara and Gabriela on the podium is seeing that consistency pay off, and it's also a powerful reminder for every woman starting to ride today: gravel, road and mountain are their terrain too, and increasingly so.

Sara, Gabriela and Gilberto are far more than ambassadors in branded kit: they're part of our family, part of the same group that rides on weekends and shares coffee after every outing. They carry the store's name from the quiet training days all the way to the top step of a podium, and that, on and off the race course, is what makes us proudest of them.
